Love my Taurus, First of all thank you for sharing candid feedback about our process for phone calls and handling internet requests. In our industry there is intense pressure to make sure we deliver the information that customers request and to verify that they got it. The number one complaint we actually receive is that we did not follow up with the customer soon enough or often enough, that we did not provide pricing, that we did not show an interest in selling them a vehicle. We are working hard to find a balance, but when we are up against SPAM, non returned calls, etc. it can be challenging to figure out who still needs more info and who does not. It is certainly not our intent to pressure anyone or annoy them as we know that isn't a way to earn anyones business. We are happy to hear that you love the vehicle and that you are happy with Laurie and John. We will take your feedback to heart and look at ways we can perhaps "tone it down" a little bit. -Andy Carr, General Manager
