Talked with a lady in service prior to getting the Works package on our Jeep and was told a price beforehand. After oil change was done they increased the price .. I was lied to by this lady in the service dept. and her response when asked was, it happens. I can promise, Jack Schmitt Ford will never again service any of my vehicles, including my Ford. So, if you want the old bait and switch salesman talk, this your dealership, Not Mine ! More
I had an appointment set for 8:00am. I requested a couple of recall fixes and an oil change. One recall was a programming change, the other recall was for a heat shield bracket. I also asked for three tie-down cleats to be installed in the truck’s box link. Over eight (8) hours later, I got a call it was done. Except for the box-link cleats. 8 hours for a programming fix, a heat shield check, and an oil change. That seems to me to be a REALLY long time especially given the fact I scheduled the service nearly two weeks in advance. I am very fortunate I have had the option of not having to wait in the waiting room while the work was done. More

Since we had all of our accounts frozen, it took time to work through each institution he was checking for the best finance rate. When the papers were signed and it came to the portion of selling us the extended warranty was when he became rude and it was like a ice curtain had dropped in the room. I will never deal with him again. More
