She answered every question I asked to make sure I was comfortable with my decision as to the vehicle I was about to purchase. John Reilly the Sales manager was just as helpful especially when I told him where I needed to be as far as price was concerned and he worked the numbers and did some outside the box thinking so a deal could be done. The one person I cannot leave out is Ben in the finance office, I have dealt with Ben on several other occasions when I previously purchased a car from Jack Schmitt and for Ben to sit with you and explain each and every piece of paper you are about to sign so there is no confusion or misinterpretation goes a long way in my book. Ben even got in the bed of my new truck and helped Laurie clean it before I left with it and made sure it passed with flying colors. They are the best! More
