Honestly the WORST customer service we’ve ever had when buying a car. They sold us a vehicle that they put the wrong refrigerant in and took zero responsibility. Even though the weather was cooler when we buying a car. They sold us a vehicle that they put the wrong refrigerant in and took zero responsibility. Even though the weather was cooler when we bought it, we could tell after about 2 weeks and took it to a local dealership who told us about the contamination. We called Jack Schmitt to ask them make it right once we finally got the diagnosis back and the manager, Gary Thaler, hung up on my husband!!! He wasn’t raising his voice at all, just explaining the situation, so unprofessional. The dealership we got it serviced at was shocked they didn’t stand by a car they sold to us a month ago—as were we. The tires were awful as well, but we could see that so at least that was on us. They must not do thorough inspections of their used vehicles before they hit the sales lot, or they don’t care. Even during the buying process they were very impersonal—our salesman Alex barely spent any time with us or told us much about the car, we didn’t get a copy of the Carfax in our paperwork so afterwards I asked if they could email it, and they said no they couldn’t access it so we had to pay out of pocket then a few days later I got an email asking if I received the Carfax he sent and I stated no he told me he didn’t have it??? They give you a “special” if you finance through them, but their rates are high. We prequalified through our bank with great low rates and have perfect credit scores and the rates they came back with from their bank was drastically higher. When we showed them the difference they didn’t budge. If we could go back, we definitely would have paid the 4K more for the same car at another more reliable dealership. It’s true, you get what you pay for. Save yourself the headache and $$$. More

I was most impressed with the salesman I had at this dealership his name was Scott Nosser.he was very inventive to my needs at this time. I bought a new Explorer back in December and my experience with my salesman Alex Garcia was awesome. I actually stopped by while in another new Explorer from a local competitor. Alex and his his Sales manager, John Reilly, quickly with no hassles gave me their best deal. The other dealership could not even come close to beating it. Alex and John were awesome to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal with no hassles and with no pressure!!! Jack Schmitt Ford Lincoln has no consideration for your time. I made an appointment at 10a on Sat for 1:30 PM the same day. When I showed up to the dealership I met with Kaylin and told her I was there for time. I made an appointment at 10a on Sat for 1:30 PM the same day. When I showed up to the dealership I met with Kaylin and told her I was there for my 1:30 appointment. She said “oh somebody’s looking at the truck right now”, acting as if they just stopped by. I was taken back to the garage where a couple were already in the truck. The guy who was going to test drive it had to go to his car to get his license. After awkwardly standing there for a few minutes waiting on the salesman, I told them I was just going to leave. On the way out I talked to the guy who was looking at the truck and it turned out he also had a 1:30p appointment to see the same truck. Jack Schmitt waisted two hours of my day without even as much as an apology. I guess double booking appointments is their way of putting pressure on buyers. Thanks for nothing. More

Open to test driving any car, not just the kind they sell new. 4. Allows ample time to think about a potential car. 5. Good employees that are good people. We bought a used Hyundai Santa Fe from Jack Schmitt. My wife and I test drove probably 6 different makes of vehicles that day, including a Ford, and she fell in love with the Hyundai (second car she drove). There was no trying to get us to buy a new Ford, nor was there any pushing for the more expensive vehicle. Their sales process is simple and straight forward. They discount their cars quite a bit and they tend to be well under the KBB value. We worked with Scott and he isn't on the list of employees, but he was a real go-getter and made the test driving process easy. We finished up the deal with Nick the next day and he was good too. No complaints, only good experiences at this dealer! More
