Mr. Seller, I wanted to write and respond to your review. First of all, we appreciate the feedback here and we always want to look for opportunities to do better. We apologize first about the wait times. Our business has grown exponentially in the last few years and we have technicians working in every available space in our store and we operate at capacity daily. Current wait times are running 2 or 3 weeks. We are looking for ways to resolve this long term that will require adding additional building space, but for now this is the situation we find ourselves in. We are happy that we are busy and that the quality and workmanship that our factory trained technicians perform is in high demand but we recognize the need to increase our capacities at this moment. We also have a limited number of loaner fleet available that need to be scheduled in advance when the appointment is set. We would like to add more, but the national vehicle shortages are making this a challenge- many area dealerships are not offering any loaners at all at this time and we feel fortunate to have kept the program afloat. All of this being the case, I feel other measures should have been taken to accommodate you here. We have a shuttle service available in a pinch that could have possibly taken you to the bank, and checking the balance should not have been an issue. Performing an alignment or other service if it was needed could require a new appointment. You mention the pricing and I do want to point out that we have competitive shopped other dealers and service facilities in our area and no one else is offering oil change, tire rotation, and car wash for less! I would love the opportunity to speak with you about your experience. I am going to meet with my service manager and advisors today on your experience to discuss how we could have done better.
