He has been with the dealership for 15 or 16 years; this is our 8th vehicle purchase from Jim. We returned to the dealership yesterday for a tutorial on the Cue system. Jim spent as much time as we wanted for our learning session, never rushing through any of the instructions and offering to help any time in the future if we need a refresher. That is the true Jim Reichert, giving that little extra to his customer. More

Didn't See it Coming! I had a minor eye surgery on the morning of 9/8/2016. After surgery, and feeling fine, my husband and I decided to have breakfast at IHOP restaurant. I had a minor eye surgery on the morning of 9/8/2016. After surgery, and feeling fine, my husband and I decided to have breakfast at IHOP restaurant. As we were standing on the parking lot of IHOP, my husband zoned in on Jack Schmitt Cadillac Dealership. Of course we drove over to "look around". We were greeted by Jim R., a great sales person, with a great smile. He wasn't pushy, and even though we said we were only "looking" he treated us as though we were committed buyers. Jim spent time with us, showing us the many features on the vehicles. It was a great experience. Within a few hours, we were driving away with our beautiful luxury XTS Cadillac. Just imagine, in one day, I had a great meal, attained better eyesight, and topped it all off with the vehicle that we are both extremely happy to own.
