Ruben helped me get out of a vehicle I purchased not long ago that I quickly realized was out of my league (payment amount t Ruben Mendosa is awesome! Ruben helped me get out of a vehicle I purchased not long ago that I quickly realized was out of my league (payment amount too high) and into something much more affordable (the vehicle I should've purchased in the beginning) Ruben was very understanding of my situation and he even came in on his day off to help me out and make a bunch of calls, how many other guys would actually have the patience to do that? I don't know of any. Other dealers might tell you something like "you bought the car-regardless of price-you're stuck with it and the high payments" but at Jack-they obviously care about their customers and their needs and they went above and beyond to help me out-which definitely earned repeat business from me and I definitely recommend them to anyone who's in the market for a vehicle.
