After all the paperwork was finished Andy explained how to program/work everything. He even went under the truck to be sure we had the correct keys for the spare. We also had some accessories added to the truck. Andy followed through and made sure all of that was taken care of for us. Repair wrk on my 2007 jeep and 2008 town & country Hi , I would like to start out by saying I had to bring my 2007 jeep in several different times for a couple of chk engine lights . Each time I would bring it in I would ask to see Brian Paluch in the service dept. he was very helpful in addressing all my service and mantinence needs also the service tech was great as well his name was tony he made my car run as if it were new again . No pressure, friendly negotiation It had been 14 years since I last bought a new car, so I wasn't looking forward to going through the whole sales process. There was no pressure to buy something we didn't want. He made sure to continue asking us what we wanted, and he eventually found a perfect vehicle for us. We were able to test-drive and look at several vehicles until we settled on one that fit our needs. We also got a surprisingly high price for our trade-in vehicle. I'll echo a couple others in saying I was hoping for the full tank of gas, but that's a minor complaint. All in all, a pleasant, professional and issue-free deal. More
