Searching the internet we found Jack Phelan had a few cars with the options we wanted. Did not get the typical high pressure pitch often found at car dealers. Andy was very professional and answered all of our questions. They were right in ballpark on price and Andy made our purchase a pleasant one. Got the deal done quickly and drove our new vehicle home. No pressure, very nice, high customer satisfaction When I first started looking at Chrysler 300's I went through truecar to try and snag a good deal but after visiting several dealerships and talking t When I first started looking at Chrysler 300's I went through truecar to try and snag a good deal but after visiting several dealerships and talking to countless salesmen I finally figured out that truecar is a scam and not only did they not have the car that I wanted like truecar said but they actually didnt give a price that was even legitimate and the dealerships would not value them. So after figuring this out I was quite disappointed so then I just started searching on my own for the car I wanted and I finally found the exact color model and optioned up one that I wanted. I found it through Chrysler's website and there were a couple in my area. Anyways I looked on the different dealers websites and I found my exact car at Jack Phelan's dealership and my jaw almost dropped when I saw the price. it was already 6,700+ under msrp and with suspicion I called and the main desk gave me to a nice guy named Ryan who was very happy to answer my questions and assured me that when I came into the dealer that the price advertised would be the price I walk out the door with. I was still hesitant but i thought it was at least worth a shot because at that point I was ready to sign with another dealership who said they could get the car. I went in with my mom who was the one wanting a 300 and we were offered top dollar for the car we were going to trade in as well as an extra 300 dollars off the best unlimited bumper to bumper warranty (highly recommend you spend the extra $) which was originally 3200. Overall Ryan made the entire experience perfect. Couldn't have asked for a nicer sales guy. awesome people all around and I will purchase my future cars from this location as well. Go here and ask for Ryan you will not regret it! More

Sales staff is very good, delivery quality is mediocre Chose to purchase at Phelan because they were willing to get the van I wanted without me coming in first, which was a big plus since we have an 11 mon Chose to purchase at Phelan because they were willing to get the van I wanted without me coming in first, which was a big plus since we have an 11 month old and can't spend a lot if time in the dealership. Our salesman, Andy Babb., was very helpful throughout the process and I would recommend that if you are purchasing at Phelen you deal with him. He was very attentive to our needs, and made the process relatively painless. Although he did pull the old "paint protection and extended warranty routine" when putting the pricing together, thereby adding $2400 to the price. When I explained I didn't want it, he quickly removed it from the price. The rebates are deceiving (I really blame Dodge for this) so while they advertised $4100 in rebates, we were only eligible for $2500 of it because we didn't already on a minivan ($500), didnt already own a Dodge ($500) and $500 for some other disqualifying reason. The porter who prepped the vehicle didn't bother to clean under the stow and go seats, so there was a bunch of crud under the seats when I stowed them (Andy took care of this right away, so it's not a big issue, just make sure you check). When the porter parked the car (after a second vacuuming) he parked the van in a parking spot so tight u literally couldn't get into the van from either side. The porter was a 100lb soaking wet kid, I'm a 250lb, 6' 4" man so I had to have the porter pull the van out so I could get in. My only suggestion when purchasing here is that you check the fuel level before you leave the lot! My wife drove the van home and called me because the low fuel warning came on before we even got home!!!!! We live 10 miles from the dealership. We spent 28,000.00 on a brand new van, and didn't even get a full tank of gas! Every new vehicle I have purchased has always come with a tank of gas... NOT AT PHELAN! Just make sure you have your fuel card handy for the ride home, so you don't get stranded. More

I spoke with hank on the phone and he informed me that the particular jeep I was looking for they didn't have it on the lot but he could get one for me. He contacted me several times during the week updating me on the status of the jeep I wanted. On Saturday April 11, we met at the jeep dealership and he had my jeep ready. I told him how much I wanted to spend and he was able to make it work. The paperwork went smooth and everything was done in a couple hours. Hank did a great job helping me get my new car and made me feel like family. I have already told some off my friends who were looking to buy jeeps soon about Hank and Jack Phelan. More

All the general sales staff seemed like great guys but if I were you I'd ask for "RYAN" you'll be happy you did. These guys were great representatives for the store and brand, again it's rare to find guys like this that actually make sincere efforts and really want to see you get what you want.
