Glad I gave a second chance I had a first bad impression at this dealership due to scheduling conflicts. I had a far commute to the dealership to make it to my confirmed appointment only to find that the car wasn’t available and was being used as a demo car. But I still gave 4 stars for my experience after I returned the next day to purchase my car, the whole process was quicker than I thought it would be and staff was accommodating to my requests. Overall, I would recommend the staff to have more transparency and better communication to avoid unnecessary steps and improve customer convenience. More

Easy to work with! I have a crazy schedule, so I did research online and came in to see the car I was interested in. Didn’t have a lot of time, but started the process a I have a crazy schedule, so I did research online and came in to see the car I was interested in. Didn’t have a lot of time, but started the process and told David I would be back the next day if the price was right. He called the next morning and told me everything was set and to come in and get my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. When I got there, I signed my paperwork and drove home in my new Jeep. David was very helpful and accommodating to my crazy schedule. Great help from all at Jack Phelan! More
