I bought a vehicle at Jack Phelan Dodge and I could not get help on the paperwork errors from Tom after 3 months. I filed a complaint with BBB and BOB from the Chevy side fixed it in a week. My car broke down and Jeremy helped me out getting towed to Jack Phelan he gave me a good lead on a towing company. But the staff at the cashiers window in the evening after 5:00 were fantastic in helping m to Jack Phelan he gave me a good lead on a towing company. I had to have my car serviced & when I went to pick up my car, the young lady at the cashier window was NOT wearing a mask. This is not the first time this has happened, but beforehand she was quick to put o car, the young lady at the cashier window was NOT wearing a mask. This is not the first time this has happened, but beforehand she was quick to put one on before I approached the window, this time she didnt put one on at all. When I said "You're not wearing a mask" she responded with "Thats why the glass is there." Except window in glass was open to be able to hand me keys and papers that I needed to sign. She was rude and ignorant, they dont follow covid precautions. Not a safe place. More
