Had my work truck for over a month & didn't find the issue This was the worst experience! My work truck was less than a year old and I bought it brand new. It stopped on the highway and I had to have it towed This was the worst experience! My work truck was less than a year old and I bought it brand new. It stopped on the highway and I had to have it towed into your service department. Thy didn't look at the truck for two weeks. I couldn't get a loaner car for business and lost so much money. Since the truck was there, I asked to have running boards and auto-starter installed. I called Jose several times (mostly with no response). NOTHING was done to my truck because they couldn't duplicate the problem and they didn't install the items requested. My truck was dropped off on 26 Feb and I did get a call back until 5 April saying that my care was ready since mid March. How HORRIBLE is this!!!!!!! The excuse that was given to me was that the service person that was handling my truck was not longer with the company. That doesn't fly with me. I was intending to by another truck but I will have to take my business somewhere else. More
