Bad Communication Was told it will take about 1hr to finish but after 3hrs waiting, my car was just sitting in parking lot for about 2 hrs! and no one said anything kno Was told it will take about 1hr to finish but after 3hrs waiting, my car was just sitting in parking lot for about 2 hrs! and no one said anything knowing I was sitting in the waiting area where the cashire can see me and the mechanics can see me. Not cool! I had to go up to ask about why it was taking so long and they just told me "oh sorry its been done" with no explanation or anything! won't be coming back here. No sense of Good customer service. Compare to the Jack Phelan on Counrty Side who are WAY nicer and really on top of their customers, to checking if everything is ok. I bought a NEW car and this is the type of serivce I get. No thank you. More
