Jack Phelan's location Jack Phelan is close by and they pick me up & drop me off at home. They are usually pretty fast with their service. However, when Mike Costello is n Jack Phelan is close by and they pick me up & drop me off at home. They are usually pretty fast with their service. However, when Mike Costello is not there, I'm not feeling as comfortable with the men who are doing the servicing. I feel that Mike knows our vehicle better than the other service men and feel that he is doing the best for our Tahoe. This last service was quite expensive and we are on a fixed income. I feel that Mike would direct me in the right direction, as far as our Tahoe goes. We've been bringing in our Tahoe to Jack Phelan since we bought it for regular oil changes and maintenance. More

Making left turns was a nightmare because the car would not accelerate normal. Recall I brought my trax in for a recall inspection and when it was done no one explained to me what was going on . I had to read it on my receipt to find ou I brought my trax in for a recall inspection and when it was done no one explained to me what was going on . I had to read it on my receipt to find out it failed the recall. I had to keep asking the service man questions on what happens next and when the parts should come and how long it takes to fix it . I also asked if I can get a loaner car while it's being worked on he stated no it's not covered. First of all I just bought this truck and the recall is not my fault. I wasn't asking for a rental car. I used to work for dealerships and service dept offered loaners for service customers. It was very poor service. I saw that customers in the waiting room who had to pay for service where talked to about their vehicles but I guess since mine is covered by warranty I wasnt important. My recall is a very serious one I also was worried if my vehicle is safe to drive since both control arms failed so I asked the service guy and he's like your fine. He was rushing me out and they never pulled up my car when it was done other cash paying customers cars were mine was pulled on the side and had to get it myself. I bought my trax there. I'm very disappointed. Horrible service. More
