Recall on Trax For Christmas a present I gave myself was to trade my 2015 Trax in for a 2019 Trax. Every since I have brought this vehicle the transmission went out on it which was bizarre r/t it a new vehicle with no miles on it. Then, I was sent a recall for under the wheels of my trax. Even with all these mishap with the vehicle the team at jack phelan was so apologetic, and concern r/t they know how of a big customer I am. So, to satisfy my distraught I was given a 25 dollar gas card for my inconvenience with my new vehicle. More

The diagnostic of your vehicle takes too long 4 hours Time consuming just to get service on my car. The prices too high. Sometimes is not worth it the location is far from home.
