Will never ever purchase another car!!! This rating is for Service Dept--my last 2 car service appointments. Eric needs to work on his customer service skills. Firstly, you don't take my paperwork to the cashier for checkout WITHOUT first talking to me about what was or wasn't wrong with my car & ESPECIALLY expect me to sign off on the paper work. Secondly, don't tell my car is next when Dago finishes with oil change he's doing and 2 1/2 hours later I'm still waiting because Dago started on another car instead of mines and when i ask what's going on--why am i still waiting?? You say it's taking so long because i requested Dago. LIAR LIAR LIAR!!! And to make MATTERS EVEN WORSE, you DO NOT INCLUDE "the flapping sound" I stated when you checked me in!! Dago had to RECHECK my car for that specific sound WHICH KEPT ME THERE FOR AT LEAST FOURRRRRRRRRRRR LONG HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If i don't get Codey for my customer service person, I'M DONE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!! More

Recall on Trax For Christmas a present I gave myself was to trade my 2015 Trax in for a 2019 Trax. Every since I have brought this vehicle the transmission went out For Christmas a present I gave myself was to trade my 2015 Trax in for a 2019 Trax. Every since I have brought this vehicle the transmission went out on it which was bizarre r/t it a new vehicle with no miles on it. Then, I was sent a recall for under the wheels of my trax. Even with all these mishap with the vehicle the team at jack phelan was so apologetic, and concern r/t they know how of a big customer I am. So, to satisfy my distraught I was given a 25 dollar gas card for my inconvenience with my new vehicle. More
