Firstly, you don't take my paperwork to the cashier for checkout WITHOUT first talking to me about what was or wasn't wrong with my car & ESPECIALLY expect me to sign off on the paper work. Secondly, don't tell my car is next when Dago finishes with oil change he's doing and 2 1/2 hours later I'm still waiting because Dago started on another car instead of mines and when i ask what's going on--why am i still waiting?? You say it's taking so long because i requested Dago. LIAR LIAR LIAR!!! And to make MATTERS EVEN WORSE, you DO NOT INCLUDE "the flapping sound" I stated when you checked me in!! Dago had to RECHECK my car for that specific sound WHICH KEPT ME THERE FOR AT LEAST FOURRRRRRRRRRRR LONG HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
