Good service They did a great job fixing my car, but I didn't think it would take 2 1/2 hours since I had an appointment. inspection for a recall I had an appt. at 11;30am. According to the email the inspection for the recall was only supose to take 1 1/2 hours, I should have had the car back b I had an appt. at 11;30am. According to the email the inspection for the recall was only supose to take 1 1/2 hours, I should have had the car back by 2:00 at the latest. At. 2:00pm I called the service dept. to get a status on my car, apparently they had just started to inspect it. This in turn, made me late to pick up my disabled daughter from her dayprogram. The people at the dayprogram were willing to bring my daughter home, but when my daughter found out I wasn't coming she had a melt down. They had to come and pick me up, take me to her, so that she would come home. This made for a horrible experience and a lot of people went out of their day and busy lives to help me. Why take appointments if the work isn't going to be completed as explained. I was not happy about this. The only thing that made it tolerable is that I didn't have to pay anything. Now I have to wait for another call because they had to order parts, because there is a problem with the car. At least this time, I know I can't rely on the work being done by a certain time, so I will keep my daughter home from her dayprogram, but that's not fair to her. Our time is just as important to us as it is to you. More
