Hello Meka, I am sorry to hear about your experience here. This particular work, an airbag replacement, requires that the glove box be removed. The contents would obviously need to be taken out. Our technicians are very conscious of personal belongings. What one of our technicians might have done with an owners manual and case for your 2005 Acura is unclear but it is clear it was not in the car when you received it. Many times it takes a long time or can be difficult to find an owners manual for an 11 year old car, so Cory used what he considered the quickest method to replace your manual. He also offered you an oil change which is more than double the amount of the $20 in stamps that were in the owners manual case. We are sorry these things did not meet your satisfaction and will use this as an opportunity to get better. Thanks Steve Laurel Internet Manager
