It turns out that it was a function of the fact that it is a brand new car and the car’s computer did not yet have a good memory of my driving habits yet. I drove in and my car was waiting for a test drive. We drove the car, went inside, and wrapped up the paperwork. Lance was easy to work with, upfront and honest, no pressure, explained all the features of my new vehicle, and he honored the deal we worked out prior to my arrival.
