I love my Honda but I hate the service center at this dealership. I made an appointment today and I’ve waited two hours and 15 minutes for a pair of brakes. I’m still waiting. This dealership has no clue what they are doing. Their lies just keep stacking up. After they have their money they drop the ball. Purchased a 2020 Honda pilot on 8/8. Its now 9/10 still no registration o lies just keep stacking up. After they have their money they drop the ball. Purchased a 2020 Honda pilot on 8/8. Its now 9/10 still no registration or plate I had to call them only to be told they had not done it. Suppose to be registered in another state. They said they can do that. Obviously not. They have compounded lies on so many things. I do have proof of all of this. My 1st new vehicle purchase ever & it has turned into a complete nightmare. More

when i had to tow my car over to JOD honda over labor day weekend- they called me the next morning and said your car is ready and picked me up and took me to my car. Found a car I liked online. I have never received a personal video before. It was a nice, welcoming touch. After arriving and meeting James, he verified which car and brought it up to the lobby as I waited inside (it was HOT outside). After a test drive and a thorough explanation of the features, I decided to purchase the vehicle. After a short negotiation, I was in and out of financing in no time. James explained every button, nook and cranny of my new car before I left... he even synced my phone for me. I have purchased over 10 vehicles from various dealerships and I have to say, this experience was by far the best. More
