Replace shifter Shifter was replaced in approx. an hour and a half. Shifter wasn’t going all the way into park and was not allowing car to shut off. We decided to be proactive before the cold weather set in, knowing it would be better to replace it now rather than the first cold weather morning. After calling around to about 6 service centers and parts stores, Jack Maxton was the best value. When I arrived I immediately met with the service advisor. We checked the battery cold cranking amps (223 vs the rated 660), replaced the battery and I was in and out in about a half hour. Very impressive! More

I purchased a GMC 2500 HD SLT I had purchased a truck not knowing all the issues it had. Ted was extremely rude to me regarding the issues and the sales men knew nothing about the I had purchased a truck not knowing all the issues it had. Ted was extremely rude to me regarding the issues and the sales men knew nothing about the vehicle. To this day I still have issues with my vehicle. I wish I could have my old truck back and have a better experience elsewhere. Service had scratched my truck all around the bed the Ted has witnessed. My vehicle is still shaking being unsafe around 70MPH. I am sickened about all of this. At a loss of words. I plan on contacting the Attorney General in the near future. More

I handed over my keys and later that afternoon I received a phone call to let me know the repairs were made and the car was ready for pick up! Overall, it was very easy to work with Jack Maxton.
