Horrible place Over priced and over charged time on a repair of mine. Told them I needed the security system reset and they charged me over $300. I had got it don’t at a different shop two weeks before for $50. Also charged me for time to put the center consol back in, which I did not ask them to do.... and they didn’t even put it back. Charged me for something they didn’t do. Worst experience I’ve ever had. They shouldn’t be able to operate or do business. More

The employees behind the desk used to be much friendlier and more patient with my lack of car knowledge but on my last visit the young woman was actually borderline rude. Customer service used to be much better but it has declined in recent visits. The survey is requiring me to provide names but I cannot say what the service members names are.
