I came to Jack Madden Ford looking for a Ford Edge. I saw what I wanted, and was able to get a great price for my trade as well as a number of Ford incentives. It was a great deal! Customer service was not overbearing, yet very helpful. The only negative thing that I would say is having to go back to the dealership to get the car detailed and inspected on a different day than the purchase day, but overall this dealership was great! After some issues with the used Ford Escape we were interested in, Jason came to the rescue and solved all the problems and then some. Vicki was my first point of contact and she was great! I went in for a used F250 but left with a New F150 XLT; Adrian & Bill were straight forward and very down to earth. I sent out an internet query using AOL auto looking for a new pick-up truck. 14 dealerships responded. I live on the Cape so I paid particular attention to the 2 dealerships close to home. Once I gave detailed information on price and options, several dropped out. All but 2 of the dealerships wanted me to come in before they did too much work. The challenge was that I work in Mexico during the week and needed to have options before I was going to visit dealerships. I wanted THEM to do the work. Of the 2 dealerships left Vicki Petipas from Jack Madden Ford worked the hardest. The other one seemed to lose interest. Vicki was relentless. She listened to what I wanted and worked to satisfy the voice of the customer (me). Within 3 days Vicki had 2 completely different trucks for me to look at and drive. We made an appointment for Saturday. I was introduced to Sales Guy Gary Brigham to look at the trucks. Once I drove the new F150, I was hooked. Gary and I worked out the financing, the truck was cleaned and off I drove. I recommend Jack Madden Ford for the purchase of a vehicle. They, especially Vickie Petipas, listened to what I wanted, presented to me the truck that I was looking for at a price that I can afford. They outworked the other 14 dealerships. They got the sale. I dropped by Jack Madden yesterday, Feb 3 to get some ideas of specs and prices on pick ups. I explained further that I am waiting for my US residancy, that when I am legally able to work,some months from now, I will be needing a pick up and want to put together a business in the meantime. Steve had no problem with this, invited me into his office and we went through a few of my ideas for the truck. Steve took notes, explaining what is and isn't available ex factory, plus answered a few questions about the use of the vehicle (the laws here differ greatly from Europe regarding heavier vehicles). He said that he would pass on my details to Pat Ford, who called me during the evening to go over my discussion with Steve, the up shot being that we will be meeting later this month to discuss in more depth. There was no pressure, no sales hype, just laid back discussion with a few digressions and laughs thrown in and offers of advice and contacts for other equipment and work. This is really what customer care, customer service is all about, something for which the US is famous in Europe, but in fact rarely seen outside of bars and restaurants. This dealer is not the first I have visited, but is far ahead of the others, in their understanding and willingness to help with my planning for the future. More

My family has done business with Jack Madden Ford for decades, and we always make sure to work with Gary Brigham. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and he never pushes sales on us. He really walked me through the purchase without trying to rush me - I didn't feel like another commission, but rather like someone he was actually trying to help. Today I took delivery of a new 2010 Ford Edge. This was my first experience with Jack Madden Ford, and I could not have asked for a better one. I was treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism throughout this buying experience. I was recommended to Madden Ford after having done business with a different dealer for over 20 years. I was a bit worried about it, but those worries were turned when I first met Tom Lucier the Sales Manager. Tom introduced me to Gary Brigham who would be my sales consultant. I felt that Gary and Tom answered all my questions with honesty, and made me feel like they appreciated my business. Lee Welsh worked with me to put together the financing, providing me with the best rate options available, so I could make a decision right for me. This was truely one of the best customer service experiences I have had in buying a car. Today when I picked up my new Edge. The car was clean, had a full tank of gas, and Gary spent much time with me going over the options, and operations of my new car, and did it with enthusiasm, making me feel more comfortable that I had made the right decision to go with Madden Ford. I look forward to my new partnership with Madden Ford. I would highly recommend Madden Ford, and in particular the representatives I dealt with; Gary, and Tom to anyone.
