my wife and I went to Jack Madden Ford to lease a Ford Focus; we dealt with Aaron Williams, a salesman we had dealt with in the past. Although we ended leasing a 2010 Ford Focus from Jack Madden, we felt Focus; we dealt with Aaron Williams, a salesman we had dealt with in the past. Although we ended leasing a 2010 Ford Focus from Jack Madden, we felt we did not get a good deal at all. There was very little room for negotiation. The night we picked up our car, Aaron was not around. Instead, we dealt with other Jack Madden sales people who were more courteous than Aaton. He did not leave us a checklist to go over to ensure that everything in the car was working properly. They basically gave us the keys and said here you go. Although we had another car which we had leased from Madden in 2007, we ended up going to Herb Chambers in Braintree to trade that car in and got a better deal than we would have from Jack Madden. Our overall opinion- AVOID JACK MADDEN FORD AND GO TO HERB CHAMBERS INSTEAD....you'll be glad you did. More
Let me begin by saying that, as a first time buyer of a vehicle from a dealership, I felt somewhat lost with many questions in mind. I already had a sense of which car I wanted to look at, and from the mom vehicle from a dealership, I felt somewhat lost with many questions in mind. I already had a sense of which car I wanted to look at, and from the moment I walked into the lot, I was greeted by a friendly and professional salesman by the name of Brandan. I explained that I was searching for a new car, and that I wanted to test drive the new Fusion. Since I wasn't entirely sure which model to go for, Branden pointed out what each model had, and explained how much each would go for. From there on, I decided that it would be up to either going for the V6, or the 4cyl. Fusion. I ended up going w the 4cyl. due to the fact that at 175hp, 2.5L engine, had quite a "kick" to it, enough to satisfy my decision as to which engine to go with. Everything else pretty much fell into place, and things went smoothly from there. What made the experience so much less a hassle, and more a joy, was that the employee made me feel as though I was dealing with a friend, more so than a salesmen. Even though this salesmen was new, and didn't have answers to all my questions, he made a complete effort to find the answer to any question I had along the way. All other staff members involved where very professional, and none left me out in the dark. Even other salesmen pitched in with suggestions and/or advise, and completely worked as a team. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to any that have an interest, or who are simply just "looking around". In the end, all these factors led me to buy my new car, the Ford Fusion, and I couldn't be happier. More

As a first time car buyer, I found this experience to be surprisingly comfortable. I felt as if the employees that I worked with were not only personable, but also willing to go above and beyond to provide surprisingly comfortable. Worst experience ever! I WILL NEVER go back. They sold us a refurbished Ford Explorer that was in a serious front end accident and tried to pass it off as practically new! I had been looking at cars for a couple of months and was still undecided as to what I wanted to do. I had read reviews about the Fusion but hadn't seen one yet so I decided to stop at Jack Madden Ford since still undecided as to what I wanted to do. I had read reviews about the Fusion but hadn't seen one yet so I decided to stop at Jack Madden Ford since I was in the neighborhood. John greeted me as I approached the building and I knew right away it was going to be a positive experience. He listened to what I was looking for and the first car he presented to me fit my criteria exactly. John is brand new in the world of auto sales and he was very personable, enthusiastic and excited to learn. (I think I was his first sale so that was very cool!) He called on the experienced people for questions he didn't know the answer to and I did not feel in any way that I received "junior" or "newbie" level treatment. I was really not sold on the Fusion when I walked into the dealership that day because quite frankly, Ford doesn't have the "Cool" factor associated with it unless we're talking trucks. Even though I liked the way the Fusion looked and drove, it didn't quite fit the image I had in mind. I still fully planned on trying out some "cooler" car brands before making a decision. Somehow, I changed my mind while I was working with John and the other folks at Jack Madden Ford. I drove home in my new car that afternoon (Saturday) and made arrangements to come back Monday for the finishing touches. (registration, detailing, alarm installation) John followed up with me Monday morning, met me at my car with an umbrella, and lent me his desk while he took care of everything on my car. It was done a couple hours later and he an another person came out and gave me a lesson on how to use the SYNC feature. It was all good! More

John made my F-150 purchase completely painless. He asked what I wanted and what I could afford and he put me in an excellent 2010 F-150 and gave me all sorts of tips for maintenance and care of the vehicle what I wanted and what I could afford and he put me in an excellent 2010 F-150 and gave me all sorts of tips for maintenance and care of the vehicle that I had not thought of. Suggestions from rubber mat selection, interior fabric treatment and bed liner tips. He also was sensitive to the fact that I had a dog and his suggestions were pertinent to dog comfort and protection of the truck interior with the dog in it. Wade was very helpful and responsive to my wife and I when we bought our Ford Explorer. He was very polite and not pushy. I am not a big fan of pushy, so that definitely made a difference for me. I came in last week just to look around, and I was amazed at how friendly and knowledgable Sam is. He made my experience there a fun and easy going time. I was looking at the escape for me and my family, but after Sam had showed me the Edge and all its features, I was immediately hooked. Sam made everything not so salsey, and I felt very comfortable with him. Even though I was only there to get a brochure, and was there to get information, Sam provided me with a lot of literature on the edge, his business cards, and told me that if I had any questions, not to hesitate and call. Sam is very professional, and his personality made the whole tour very fun and comical. He made me feel very much at ease. I wasn't planning on buying an suv from ford, but after getting a chance of learning so much about the Ford Edge, I will be back by the middle of April to definitely get it for me and my family. I will strongly recommend Jack Madden Ford products to all my friends, family,co workers and business contacts.
