I ended up purchasing my vehicle with another dealership -I purchased a Fully equipped 2010 Ford escape Limited. My sales rep was very informative about the vehicle I wanted. I test drove an escape limited. I decided that even though it didn't have everything I wanted, I would like to buy it. I was told that the limited couldn't be discounted enough to get a payment amount in my range. I was offered an Escape Xlt which was okay, but, really not what I wanted. I said, well, lets see what the numbers are and if it's irresistable, then I'll do it. The payment was still not exactly in the range I wanted. but, I was willing to be flexible. Unfortunately, I had to leave the dealership, I couldn't clean out my car AND take delivery on day I went into the dealership - not enough time. I did give a deposit of $100. The Sales rep was pressuring me to give $500 because if Jack Madden saw this deal, he'd revoke if I didn't leave a larger deposit - Really?. I then left the dealership and called several times the days following, left voicemails for both the finance rep AND the sales rep with questions. When Calling, the receptionist Nora was rude and didn't even say "hold on" when I asked to speak with either the sales rep or the finance rep, she connected me with out saying anything. Neither the sales rep or the finance rep returned my call for two days (they claimed the finance rep didn't have my number? even though it was all over the forms i filled out). Eventually, after calling, I did get a hold of the sales rep but, he didn't seem to care about answering my questions - Which I found frustrating. Not only was I not getting anything close to what I wanted, I wasn't getting great customer service, which could have made up for it. I decided to go to another dealership. This dealership gave me exactly what I wanted (for a little more than I wanted to pay, BUT, Ultimately, it was Less than what my payment would have been with the limited with less bells and whistles through Jack Madden), although this new dealerhsip didn't have the vehicle, they found one and swapped it with another dealer. The Jack Madden Sales rep finally called me only after I didn't show up to pick up the vehicle. I explained that I purchased with another dealer. I asked for my deposit and they said I'd have to come in (it's out of my way). I've contacted the sales rep AND Sales Manager Several times since to ask if I can just have the charges reversed on my CC but, the sales manager has not returned my calls either.... Not surprised! More
I came to Jack Madden to look around for a car. I had the Focus in mind but I didn't think it would hurt to look at other cars. Samuel was very informative and answered all my questions. I was very impressed at how he dealt with my concerns. I will be back to see the new fiesta. Out of the two I am not sure what to get but I am sure that I will come back to Jack Madden and buy a car. I highly recommend that people go to Jack Madden at least to browse around, take a second talk to one of their sales reps, Sam was great I am sure the rest are just as friendly, and I am almost positive that you wont be disappointed. Bottom line I had a great experience and I will come back to buy a car! More
I went to Jack Madden Ford knowing exactly what I wanted and saw that they had one on the lot on their website. After making an appointment with an internet sales rep I went to the dealership expecting to and saw that they had one on the lot on their website. After making an appointment with an internet sales rep I went to the dealership expecting to be swarmed on by sales people as I entered the building. When I walked in I was given a very friendly greeting by a salesperson and I told him I had an appointment. Rather than try to sell me anything on the spot Joe brought me over to the internet sales department and told me to track him down if I was interested in a test drive. The internet sales staff was very helpful and informative and did not try to push anything on me. After finding the vehicle I was interested in I went on a test drive with Joe. He was extremely professional and not at all what I was expecting in a stereotypical car salesman. I never felt pressure to do anything throughout the buying process. Shannon in the finance department was very easy to deal with as well. He simply told me what my options were and didn’t try to direct me into buying expensive options that I wasn’t interested in. After finalizing everything, I returned the next day realizing I wanted to make a change to one of the options. He was very accommodating and had no problem fitting me into his already busy scheduled and reprinting the agreement forms. Overall I have to say that my experience at Jack Madden Ford was nothing short of great. Everyone I dealt with in person or on the phone was very professional and very helpful. Knowing exactly what I wanted I never felt like I was being steered toward more expensive vehicles or options. I told Joe what I wanted and he worked very hard to make me happy, going so far as to come in on his day off and picking me up so that I could take delivery of the vehicle. I would certainly recommend Jack Madden Ford and plan on returning for my next new or used vehicle. More
Purchased Ford Escape and had a great experience dealing with the folks at this dealership. The sales person we dealt with was courteous and had just the right amount of sales pitch without being overwhelm with the folks at this dealership. Without a doubt I would recommend Jack Madden Ford. I went in with my daughter to check out the used F-150s with absolutely no intention of buying one right away. Needless to say, we ended up buying the first one we test drove. Joe Lovey, our salesperson, was extremely thorough and patient with us. When we picked up the truck, we arrived an hour earlier than planned. Joe was out cleaning the windows and making sure everything was just perfect. Joe was great and the entire staff in the showroom was incredibly nice as well as entertaining!!!! Many thanks to all of you at Jack Madden Ford!! More

In 2003 I had purchased a 2001 Rav 4 from Boch Toyota and being young and in love with the idea of a newer car vs the privately owned old cars I had for years, agreed to an obscene loan for a car that proved being young and in love with the idea of a newer car vs the privately owned old cars I had for years, agreed to an obscene loan for a car that proved to be a lemon after a year. Forward ahead to this month where my transmission was slipping, my engine light on and the whine from the motor cried out, "I'm dying". Being 6,000 dollars top heavy from a rebuilt engine replacement in 2005, I had been searching for a car for two months, but due to the rapid deterioration of the car, really hit the pavement the past three weeks. I ended up at Jack Madden to purchase a truck (or so I thought). Cy showed me around and we test drove a Nissan Frontier. I went home to think about it and even though I knew it was a stretch returned @ 8:30pm to review the numbers. After Bill and Cy reviewed my trade in & credit, they sat down to work with me on my monthly payments. It became very clear that there was no way I would be able to afford the truck I wanted, even after Bill had dropped the price and given me an extremely fair trade on my vehicle. Unlike most of my previous experiences, instead of pushing the truck on me or convincing me that the payments were only a little higher than the payment I was currently making, Bill offered to try and work out numbers on a more practical vehicle considering my long drive to work...a new Ford Focus. So, after both of them had sat with me for two hours working on the truck, both Bill and Cy started showing me the Ford Focus and how, with the rebates, my payments would be less than what I was currently paying and less than the truck. At this time, the dealership had been technically closed for almost an hour and although they both should have been home and although the gates closed they allowed me to drive around the parking lot to see if I liked the car...I left a deposit. I can't tell you what a breath of fresh air it was to work with the gentleman at Jack Madden. I had been to 9 different dealerships that week alone and had run into some real winners...all of whom wanted to take my money and push me into paying more than I could afford. Both Cy and Bill took the time to listen to what I could afford, why I needed the car and what I was going to be using it for. They used this information to make the deal and sell me my first brand new car. Lee Welsh also fought the good fight with the banks for me and I am now the proud owner of a 2010 ford focus, for which I am paying remarkably less than I had been paying originally for the past 8 years. I can't thank this dealership enough. The genuine easiness of everyone and the ability to do their job without obnoxious pushiness, without making me feel like they were doing me a huge favor and I had no other options, and without making me feel like I had to play hard ball sold me a car and gave them a profit. It also got Jack Madden outstanding verbal referrals from me for everyone (including a very large extended family) that might be looking for a car in the future. I miss having a larger suv/truck style car, but I am perfectly content in my new Focus...Thank you everyone at Jack Madden! More
I recently bought a 2010 Fusion SE from Jack Madden Ford and was happy with the price and service I received. The exact model and color I wanted was somewhat scarce, but Wade made every effort to be sure I and was happy with the price and service I received. I was planning to replace my '99 Honda Civic in 3-4 months. I researched many different makes and models, then set off down the auto mile for some initial test drives. When I arrived at Jack Madden Ford, I was so impressed by the car AND the sales staff that I bought my new 2010 Fusion that day! I parked right in front of the dealership, and Adrian greeted my husband and I before we even reached the door - much nicer than waiting around 15 minutes for an available sales rep, as we had done at another dealership earlier in the day. Adrian came off as friendly, not aggressive, and it made us feel welcome at the dealership. After a quick talk to assess what I was looking for, Adrian took us out to the lot and gave us a complete nose-to-tail tour of the car I was looking at. It was really nice to be shown all the features of the car before going on our test drive - at some of the other dealerships we went to, we got NO information about the cars we were looking at! There was, naturally, some pressure involved in closing the sale - I hadn't been planning to purchase a new vehicle for several more months, but I really liked the car, knew from my prior research that it was a quality car, and the sales manager, Bill, worked hard to meet my "what would it take to earn your business today" numbers. While the paperwork end of things took some time, the financial services manager, Lee, was affable and helped the process seem not so tedious. We were there past our dinner time, and I would have liked a snack, but I was excited that I got to drive my new car home that night! I took the car back two days after purchase for detailing, installation of a Guidepoint system, and an inspection sticker. I was there for a few hours, but Adrian did a nice job of making me feel welcome at the dealership and keeping me informed about how the work was progressing. I look forward to returning to the dealership for the free lifetime oil changes they included with my purchase. Thanks Adrian, Bill, and Lee for making my car buying experience a positive one! More
