While test driving the car, we stopped in the lot to see if the color I wanted was readily available and it was. Within an hour, we had made a decision and were negotiating price. And within a short time we purchased this vehicle. We returned the next day to pick up our car which was ready and waiting. Al spent time with us making sure we were acquainted with all the features this car had to offer. What was an experience I was not looking forward to ended up actually being enjoyable. He was extraordinarily knowledgeable about everything: the hybrid technology itself, the different options and in particular, the My Touch option and capability. He patiently described and demonstrated each feature which was completely opposite from my experience the previous day. I never felt any pressure to talk numbers and was cordial, interesting and efficient in getting me what I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. As I said, a great experience. More

Just bought a 2014 Escape from Jack Madden Ford. The internet manager responded to all my emails promptly. The sales associate (Theo) was very laid back, helpful, and enthusiastic about the Escape.
