Al Abramson Al was the only sales rep that came outside when I got out of my car. He was friendly and approachable. I told him exactly what I wanted and he took Al was the only sales rep that came outside when I got out of my car. He was friendly and approachable. I told him exactly what I wanted and he took me over to the model I was interested in purchasing. He told me I was the most important customer and I felt it too. I must say I felt listened to and valued as a customer. He showed me cars in my price range and let me test drive the car. He even bought me an Ice Tea! then we went back to the dealership and sat down to haggle which was pain free. I left that day in a brand new 2014 Ford Focus. More
