Bad Management Worst dealership experience i have ever had. DO NOT do Business with this dealership, YOU WILL REGRET IT!! I Purchased a pre-owned F-150 from them on 9/02/14. I needed a vehicle A.S.A.P. and expressed this to them. I was immediately assured by the General Manager Jason that the truck would go through service the very next day and that they would call me if there were any problems. I put a deposit down on the truck that day. After 2 days of not hearing anything i call the dealership and find out the saleswomen is no longer working there. I started working with another salesmen who again did not call me. After the 3rd salesmen Josh, the sale started to move forward. Josh was the only positive thing at this dealership. Returned my phone calls promptly and insured me everything was on track to take delivery of the truck quickly. I came in to sign all the paperwork and buy the truck only to find out the truck had never gone through the service department or even been cleaned for that matter. I was extremely frustrated at this point and the General Manager Jason told me that he made the decision not to send the truck in until after i had paid. Completely lied to my face just to make the sale! They told me the truck would be ready after 1-2 days,it just needed a windshield replaced and new front brakes. also there was no spare tire. Finally took delivery 14 days after putting down the deposit. Not exactly a quick sale that i was promised. Still no spare tire, was told a new one was ordered and just had not come in yet. I have called the dealership every week since i took delievery (9/2/14). The Managers never call back and i get no where. Here i am a month later and still no spare tire like i was promised nor any compensation for such a horrible experience. Not even a phone call from the General Manager. Please save yourself the aggravation and buy a vehicle elsewhere. More
Good buying experience I had not bought a new car before but Al and the staff at Jack Madden made the process easy for me. I didnt feel pressured and in fact didn't have mu I had not bought a new car before but Al and the staff at Jack Madden made the process easy for me. I didnt feel pressured and in fact didn't have much time, so Al made the sale go through quickly and hassle -free. Also of note, my trade had unexpectedly broke down before trade in and the folks at Jack Madden helped make the trade in happen. I would recommend Al as a salesperson for anyone in the market for a new car. More
terrible customer service i made an appointment to drop my car off for service - the rear window on our 2011 Focus would not go up or down. i was second in line at 7:30 AM. at i made an appointment to drop my car off for service - the rear window on our 2011 Focus would not go up or down. i was second in line at 7:30 AM. at 1:PM i called and was told by Male Associate #1 that they hadn't even brought my vehicle in to be seen – my car was #2 on the list and still in the yard. so i asked, why did i have an appointment and show up only to be bypassed by other vehicles - he had no answer and told me it was up to the dispatcher. at 3:PM i received a call from Female Associate #1 who informed me that my door is a part, but that the part needed to fix it has to be over-nighted - i can pick-up the car or leave it. so now i'm facing (2) days without a vehicle. she also asked about a dealer "diagnostic fee" - to which i replied, "like my deductible, it needs to disappear". i explained to her that if i was second in line, why am i hearing about my car at the end of the day when it was just a simple window issue and why should i pay for diagnostics when i have a 5 start plus warranty that i paid extra for (I have a vanishing deductible that vanishes for taking it to the dealer – if I was going to have to pay, I could have paid the deductible to a local mechanic and have my car back by now). So the Female Associate #1 then proceeded to become argumentative and belligerent with me over the “first in first out notion” of having an appointment vs. doing my car when you felt like it. it would be good customer service if you set the proper expectations with the customers by explaining that their car is going to take “x amount of time” to be seen instead of making appointments. It shouldn't take my intiated phone call and 8 hours to be told my car needs more time - you aren't taking the engine apart. i'd also like to add that, when Female Associate #1 felt it was necessary to comment about me (the customer) to the person next to them - they should make sure the line is fully disconnected. but I should have known when Male Associate #2 walked up to my window, said hello and then moved over to the car next to me that came in after me, what the type of service i was going to get. Now on the 2nd day, I have not hear a word – not an update, no idea when it’ll be fixed or if it will even be fixed (it’s 4:PM and the dealership service closes at 6 – perhaps I can teleport there in time if they finish it). This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I recommend people go elsewhere – this place doesn’t care about the customer. No courtesy vehicle, no we’re sorry, nothing. at this time, i just want my car back to being fixed and i will take my business and its future repairs and or other purchases to another dealership in the area. as a paying customer, there is a limit to how one should be treated and my experience with Jack Madden has been less than satisfying. I did an online search for a Ford Edge and saw that they had this car in stock for a reasonable price. On a Friday I sent in the online inquiry to make an appt to see the car, and for argument sake I was ready to buy if it looked good and the price was right. Right away I received an email from Tiffany Mastro and a call to set up the appointment, mind you she reference the car in her email and verbally on the phone. Made the appointment for the next day. Right after I talk with her I receive an email confirming the appt. Then two separate emails from her manager, Dan Brinkley, thanking me for my interest and letting me know if the Tiffany was not available to ask for him when we come in. In the morning before the appt I get Another email, referencing the car I wanted, confirming the appt, etc. Not that Madden Ford cares, but I am 8 months pregnant with a 1 year old and my husband worked a half day so we could go and look at this car and we lug ourselves down there for the 30 minute drive. When we get there I ask for Tiffany, we are greeted by one of the salesman, Joe Lovely. We see Tiffany and she gives the information to Joe and lets him know the used car that we want to look at . We watch their interaction and he gives her a weird look when she mentions the car. He advises to give him a minute, goes to another desk, is about to come back and is called back over. When he finally comes back he tells us that he doesn't know why Tiffany set up the appt with us about this car but it is no longer available and was sold a week ago. We were a little shocked and I advised them that I emailed and spoke to her about this yesterday, not a week ago. He apologized and said that he has a the same car just a different year for sale. We said no thanks, tried very hard not to get upset and left immediately. I was very upset due to what we did to get ourselves there and that car dealerships actually STILL do a bait and switch. This is the first dealership that we ventured to on our quest for another car and we have defin learned our lesson. I wish that I had read these reviews first though. And they still have not contacted me via email or phone to apologize. More

She was not pushy. The process was painless. She greeted us promptly with a smile and proceeded to help us with our purchase. Her and sales manager Eva gave us a great price and they did everything just right. We are older and not technologically inclined; but that did not stop Dee from teaching us how to globally open the fusion windows; nor did she mind when we kept coming back to learn the features of the vehicle. My sales person was Dee Tse, and I've purchased 2 cars from her within the last 2 months. In May I bought my Ford Explorer, Limited Edition, (love it!), and 2 weeks ago I bought a Ford Edge from her for my mother's birthday. I'm a picky shopper, but she was extremely patient with me. I had her showing me the same vehicles over and over again, asking tons of questions, throwing different options in, and it was never a problem. I even had Dee spending hours with me looking for a car for my mother on her day off! I'm grateful, because the look on my mother's face when we drove the car down the driveway was PRICELESS! For my own vehicle purchase in May, it was also a great experience, because after consulting with her Manager Eva, the numbers Eva quoted me for my payments were what was on the final contract. It was a great experience, no tricks no pressure. Thanks to Jack Madden Ford, but especially to Dee. I wish I'd come to her when I was buying a car for my son 2 yrs ago, but I'll be rectifying that mistake very soon! ;) More
