The video made it pleasant so I could view it and then so could wife to review the features. I am sure we will see Max on one of your upcoming tv episodes as he was easy going, confident, and great at explaining the cars features. Not always an easy task on a video phone. I purchased a vehicle during the COVID-19 pandemic. I thought the pandemic would affect the purchasing process but it did not whatsoever! Once I got back from the test drive Max text me all the numbers and I was able to complete my purchase contact free! Lee then called me and explained in detail the paperwork. Even though the whole process was contactless Max & Lee were still there with me via phone the whole way through answering any questions that I had.
