A true passion for cars, customers, and family. Lexington native Jack Kain knew long before purchasing his first dealership that he would spend his life working in the automotive industry. The son of a dairy farmer, Jack learned the true meaning of a "hard day's work" at a very young age, and although he appreciated and respected his father's line of work, he knew that it wasn't for him.
While attending the University of Kentucky in 1947, Jack sold cars part time. It came to him easily, as his customers picked up on his honest approach and genuine concern for their satisfaction. Those qualities would soon define Jack's reputation in his community, and after spending several years stationed in Alaska during the Korean War, Jack returned home with high ambitions.

Jack Kain Ford is a great dealership! I purchased my first car from them. :) Caleb florence was one of the first faces that greeted me. He was very kind and conversational! He wanted to make sure I left with a car that best suited me. This was greatly appreciated considering that most dealerships are known for wanting to make a quick sale. Another friendly employee at Jack Kain Ford was Max Adreoni. He helped me with my paperwork. He helped make my experience a celebratory occasion. :) Pat Kain was one of the main reasons I was able to leave with the car I purchased. He was very understanding and treated me like family! There were many employees at Jack Kain Ford that I did not get a chance to interact with. However, I feel that I can confidently assume that they are just as kind and friendly! Jack Kain Ford is such a family like environment and I would (and do:) ) recommend them to anyone. More

Awful experience! Tried for three days to buy a car and then at the end of the last day they told me that they sold it at an auction that morning.Zero integrity zero customer service. Caleb, Sales Associate, was an exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and all around professional young man that helped make our purchase a pleasant one from the time we test drove the truck to negotiating a price and answering any additional questions. Also, Max, Business Manager, was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and explained in detail the purchase details and particularly warranty options, which are very important to us. Having a state of the art service department was also very important to us. I bought a 2017 Ford escape titanium from Jack Kain Ford Inc. in Versailles Kentucky. I was very impressed the way they treat you and the way they make you feel as soon as you go in the door. Had a great Experience with Kain Ford. Cody Meet us in the parking lot and we told him we were looking for an Exployer SUV. He brought us 3 cars to try out that day Exployer, Escape, Edge. After 2 hour the parking lot and we told him we were looking for an Exployer SUV. He brought us 3 cars to try out that day Exployer, Escape, Edge. After 2 hours there, we told Cody that we needed to go home and pray about it to see which one we would want to buy, or if we were going to continue to look. He was never pushy, he was the nicest sales person we have ever encountered. We came back the next day, and had decided on the 2018 Edge which was loaded with low mileage. We went inside and in less than 2 hours we drove off in our new vehicle. No pressure! Never have we been to a car dealership where we were not there for at least 6-8hours.
