Two weeks after buying my escape i noticed a noise . I took it to jack kains service department the service manager rode with me himself and heard the noise. They found the right rear wheel bearing bad and replaced it. So not only is the sales department great so is their service department. I recommend this dealership to everyone wanting a good dealership that they can trust . More
