We drove almost 200 miles to by a car! We found a 2013 Tahoe on AutoTrader and called the dealership....we were almost 200 miles away so a lot of discussion was done on the phone. ALL of these things should have killed this deal before we even thought about hitting the road. 6 hours later I was following my husband home in that Tahoe! This was the first time that I needed professional diagnosis and repair since we bought this car new at Jack Kain Ford 13 years ago. It has been an excellent car so I drove to the service department and explained to Trevor Bryan the symptoms before the light had come on. He listened attentively, entered everything on the computer, and promised me that he would have one of the best service technicians check it out that day and call me. Within hours I was convinced that they knew what to do and what my cost would be. I approved the work and by the next morning my car was ready. Even more impressive was the fact that Aaron Harlow, the service technician, left his card in the car, which gave me confidence and showed me that he had taken a personal interest. The service department is manned by professionals, and it's an example for all Ford Dealerships. More

When you first walk in everyone you see greats you and makes you feel right at home. Brad Gray was the sales consultant I worked with. I'm a new driver so I didn't need anything to big and wanted something that sat higher then a car. After a few minutes of looking around I found and test drove the perfect vehicle for me. When I first saw it I liked it seeing it was a used car and was a little roughed up. Bradd helped answer all questions I had about the vehicle and was able to work in a good deal on the price. Like a said previously, I liked the vehicle when I saw it but after Todd finished detailing the car I fell in love. They did an amazing job and I was so happy with what I got. The only thing I would have changed about my experience is I would have asked them to put pennzoil instead of valvoline when I went to get my oil change there at quick lane next to jack kain but I will definitely ask next time I go. More
