When I arrived, LuAnn had arranged for Bill to show me the vehicle I was interested in. the presentation was very professional, friendly, and thorough. From there, we proceeded through the financial details with clear explanation all along the way. We drove almost 200 miles to by a car! We found a 2013 Tahoe on AutoTrader and called the dealership....we were almost 200 miles away so a lot of discussion was done on the phone. ALL of these things should have killed this deal before we even thought about hitting the road. 6 hours later I was following my husband home in that Tahoe!
