Terrible customer service, terrible service dept! Avoid! Service is an issue!! We bought a brand new Ford F-150 Lariat in 2013 and have only had problems…one after another. This is the biggest purchase and biggest regret we have ever made. After sitting for TWO hours waiting for the service department to complete a task that should have taken 30 minutes today, I would urge you to shop elsewhere. This service department has proven itself to be unprofessional and incompetent. After calling and leaving several messages for a warranty issue, calls were never returned. Be warned! While purchasing the truck was a fairly painless process, their customer service after the fact is lacking greatly. More
