Fantastic Buying Experience I was looking for a new car and decided to look online at Jack Kain Ford. I found a vehicle that I was interested in and I contacted the dealership. I was looking for a new car and decided to look online at Jack Kain Ford. I found a vehicle that I was interested in and I contacted the dealership. Frank set up an appointment for me and I came in the next day to check out a 2016 Ford Edge. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Bill, who was helping Frank out that day. Bill was very genuine and I didn't feel any pressure to buy a vehicle on the spot. We worked out a deal and I left for the day to think it over. The next day I called Frank and told him I was going to purchase the vehicle. I asked to have everything ready upon arrival and it was! It took a few minutes over the phone and 15-20 minutes in person and the car was in my possession! I was very pleased with the friendliness and ease of buying a new car. Frank also took the time to go over all of the features in the car and asked if I had anymore questions. I will recommend this dealership to family and friends! More

Bradd even got my truck cleaned, sprayed with LineX, and then delivered it when I was unable to pick it up. Top notch service there. The whole staff was great. No one was pushy. Both Jack Kain and Bob Kain came over at one point and shook my hand and told me how much they appreciated me coming to their establishment, even though I passed so many on my way from Nicholasville. They really helped me out in finding a new truck and getting the right protection and warranties on it to keep it covered for a long time. The really do treat you like family. Even members of my family said it was the best experience they've seen at a dealership. More
