Great experience We were kind of dreading having to go out and shop for a new car. Great Experience with Bradd I called and spoke with Bradd Gray about a 2016 Ford Edge. He was extremely helpful on the phone and had it waiting for us up front to test drive. Bradd was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle and took time to now only tell us about but demonstrate every feature. That truly was refreshing after having just left a dealership where the sales person was constantly googling things on their phone. He never pressured us, took his time with us and made test driving the vehicle comfortable. The Edge was reasonably priced and both Bradd and the David Griffith worked with us on the price. Lee Griffith was wonderful when helping us with our financing. She thoroughly explained our options and didn’t pressure us to add any extras. Everyone we came in contact with at Jack Cain (including the owner) was warm and welcoming. By far the best car buying experience I’ve had. Thank you Bradd for all your help! More
