We were looking for a 5-speed Nissan Versa. Jack Ingram advertised one online for $17,600, and it was still priced at $17,600 when I talked to Kaylee at the dealership. So we stopped in, took it for a test drive, and loved the car, but when we sat down with Ryan, suddenly it was over $21,500 not including tax, title, etc. When I asked about the price difference, Ryan said they were charging a premium because it was rare. He didn't care at all that they were advertising it online for $4,000 less. He also said they were charging that premium price on all their Versas and Kicks, which wasn't reflected in any of their online advertising. That's completely unethical, if not illegal, and we will not be buying any cars from a dealership with those kinds of practices. More
