He got my information and a few minutes later called me back with good news. At that time, I started telling him what I wanted. Mr. Harper was very nice when he told me I could not get what I was asking for :-). Now, some people may see that as being rude, or not a good salesman. I saw that as being a great salesman! He did not try to sale me a false dream, but instead blessed me with reality. And for that, I was very grateful. We finally agreed to trade the vehicle in to get a newer, more reliable vehicle. I was set on getting a Nissan Pathfinder, but I wasn't sure if we'd get approved for it or be able to afford it so we went in with the intent on getting a 2010 or 2011 SUV from the value lot. We left out of there with a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder, and Jeff Campbell went out of his way to assure that we left there with a newer and reliable vehicle. I've never been to a car lot and dealt with a salesman who seemed to care so much!!! I would highly recommend him to others! More
