F&I sucks Sonja Gaddis gets 5 STARS because she was very professional, pleasant and a good listener. She was very thorough and stayed in touch with my husband and I. She even called my husband yesterday 3/8/17 to let him know about the air bag recall after purchasing our 2012 GL 450. She is definitely on point. My husband had an approval from Captital One and informed Sonja to let the F&I guy not to run his credit, but to use the approval he already had in hand. He sent Sonja to get my husband to sign a credit application and shot gunned application after being told to use the approval he already had from Capital One. Needless to say, he totally ignored the customer's request. The F&I guy had my husband sitting there for 4 hours waiting to sign the paperwork and when he asked Sonja to check to see how much longer it would be, the F&I guy told her to tell him to wait even longer until my husband got up and left the dealership because he found out that the deal had not been sent to Capital One to finalize it. My husband called me and he was so upset because he said the F&I guy was trying to make his money by getting the loan financed so he could get paid more money. We had to go back to the dealership to sign the paperwork after I got off work, but we could have already had the SUV if the paperwork had been printed with my husband's approval from Capital One. We sat down with him and my husband signed the paperwork, but he asked the F&I guy why did he shot gun his credit application. His said could normally get a better deal than the customer got with the finance company and he was just trying to get a better deal. I told the F&I guy that he should have asked my husband before he ran his credit. My husband is an autoBroker and he had already worked out his deal with Capital One and they know he is an auto Broker. My husband has been an auto Broker over 17 years and I am sure he knows exactly what he is doing since he has been in the business for a long time. My husband and I asked the F&I guy to take the inquiries off of his credit report since he did not authorize him to run his credit since he already had an approval letter from Capital One. My husband told him that Sonja came back there and told him not to run his credit, but to use the Capital One approval he already had, but he claims Sonja never told him that. (Yeah right!!) We were not pleased with the F&I guy at all and we were very upset. I do pray for this fellow F&I because he needs to treat the customer and respect their wishes if they already have an approval vs thinking about himself. He should have asked my husband if he wanted him to see if he could get him a better deal instead of thinking how he could get paid more money. My Aunt Betty use to clean Mr. Ingram's house and this is why you don't do this kind of stuff because you don't know who your customer's may know. God's blessings flow when you do the right thing. I pray that this does not happen to anyone else. More

We were extremely disappointed with the level of service, knowledge and lack of return calls, and decided not to do business there. Instead I made contact with Brett Denver of Jack Ingram Motors in Montgomery AL - a 4+hour drive away for us. What a commitment to their customers they have! Brett made everything so easy, and we were able to do the entire deal via phone and email. When we arrived to pick up our new MB, it was clearly marked "I'm Sold!" on the showroom floor. There were zero "surprises" or changes to the original numbers we had worked out. It was truly the easiest buying experience we've ever had, and we so appreciate Brett and salesman Tony Gibson for their professionalism, product knowledge, and exemplary customer service. I was greeted by Mr. Jack Pickett, who treated me as if I were a King. As soon as he found out what I wanted he contacted a Mr John Broadway to check my transmission fluid. He made his inspection, added some fluid to my transmission and had me on my way in a very short period of time. All employees of Jack Ingram would do well to emulate the customer support and expertise displayed by Mr.Picket and Mr. Broadway. You can bet I will be a returning customer. My heart felt thanks to these two great gentlemen. More

She went beyond the call of duty to assist us with buying this SUV, however we were initially disappointed with some issues with another staff member.. After speaking with several long term customers that we trust, I now firmly believe this may be a personnel issue rather than an overall dealership issue. I will update once I speak with the GM Brett Denver. UPDATE 02/15/2016 General Manager Brett Denver took care of our issues with complete satisfaction on our part, My Wife and I now feel confident that our issues will not be repeated with other customers. We look forward to dealing with Mrs.Wilcox and Mr Denver in the future. More
