Had to Replace Engine Had to have my engine replaced. Took about a month to complete but they offered a replacement vehicle while I waited. Service 11/16/18 Purchased my 2018 Elantra from Giambalvo in June and was very happy with great customer service. First oil change was free. I knew I would have to pa Purchased my 2018 Elantra from Giambalvo in June and was very happy with great customer service. First oil change was free. I knew I would have to pay for 2nd oil change and asked them to rotate tires. Was shocked when I was billed for tire rotation & my bill was $53.00. I used a local garage for oil change and service and they never charged for tire rotation. To top it off when I got on my car to leave the system was still saying service was required and had not been reset and my "low tire pressure" light was still on. I am going to be hard pressed to come back here for service. Because I was complaining about the cost I found the staff to be sort of rude and there was no explanation for the system not being reset or tire pressure being checked when I paid for tire service. By the way..the tire pressure was 39psi in 2 tires and the other 2 were 37 and 38psi. Finished!! More

Jack Giambalvo is the best! Since getting my first Mazda3 hatchback, I have completely fallen in love with the Mazda brand. I’ve traveled a lot, been to several Mazda dealerships Since getting my first Mazda3 hatchback, I have completely fallen in love with the Mazda brand. I’ve traveled a lot, been to several Mazda dealerships, and now have a CX-5. From Ed Snyder’s coordination while I was overseas, to Robb Dorf’s fantastic care and assistance with finding the perfect car and the service team’s attentiveness, speed, and efficiency, Jack Giambalvo is by far the best Mazda dealership I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They genuinely care about ensuring that all of my requirements are met for my car’s service and maintenance. I do have to give a specific shout out to Robb Dorf on the Sales team. If you are looking for a car, go see Robb! He really took care of me through out the car buying process, and was absolutely phenomenal with my family. Used 2015 Hyudai Tucson Purchased 4 weeks ago. Brake pads went bad. Took it in they started work on it but they had to order parts which were not available until next day. T Purchased 4 weeks ago.
