Disappointed 2 hours for a Pa State Inspection. I was told I needed an entire front light assembly for it to pass. It turned out to simply need a new bulb. Big 2 hours for a Pa State Inspection. I was told I needed an entire front light assembly for it to pass. It turned out to simply need a new bulb. Big difference! Mechanic couldn’t get the bulb in correctly, therefore it wouldn’t light. Counter persons at service desk were great!! Very patient with me and listened to my concerns. I’d give them 5 stars!! More

They also send a reminder message to you to remind you of your appointment. I took my car in for service as scheduled and the service department was very polite. The service was performed in an acceptable amount of time as well. This was not my first encounter with the service department. I do have to say, every encounter with the service department has been a great experience. More
