The service aspects was good as always. Quick and nothing unnecessary. I dropped my vehicle off overnight for the first time and picked it up after service hours. The "cashier" was a bit unpleasant. She went off on a rant that cashiers don't handle coupons and that I should have given them to the service department. All I said is that I didn't know because at LCM I would give the coupons at the time of payment. I dropped it, but I didn't care for her attitude about it. When I reviewed my invoice in the car, the discounts were already applied. I feel like it would have been easier for her to say that than to be rude about the situation. I will still continue to come here because the service department is outstanding. More
