Rachel is very knowledgeable about the product she is selling. Anything I questioned she had an answer, or was willing to work with me. Fred was also willing to answer any questions I had, waiting as I read everything before signing. I am sure everyone was anxious to leave early due to the unusual October Snow, but neither Rachel nor Fred made me feel rushed. I had considered a couple of different types of vehicles, but the overall friendliness and confidence brought me in without any unsettling feeling. Jayme is truly a quality salesman and represented that dealership and business with utmost profesionalism. I have already recommended him to multiple people and wish that business a great future! From an overall perspective, every person in that dealership did not miss a beat with greeting, welcoming, and making sure I had everything I needed before I left. Ed was very thorough when it came to describing what I was signing and Matt was very helpfull in keeping me occupied until Jayme was available. They rented me a new car and fixed the main problem with my new purchase. My only issue was they had my vehicle for a week and I had to initiate the phone calls. I wanted to write a review to let you know how pleasant my visit was at this dealership. I went just looking...and that is all I did. However when I am financially ready to I will be back. I was greeted by Mr. Rivera who was very kind and not pushy at all. Which I appreciate very much. He went over the vehicle I was interested in and all its options, as well as let me test drive. I told him up front I was not looking to purchase at this time but he still dedicated his time to me. The last dealership I was at... once I told the salesman I was not looking to purchase at that time was quick to just walk away. They went over the car instruments after the sale was complete, was not a sign and good bye deal. Flexible scheduling with the salesman (we had to make several changes in time meetings). salesman went over different options available to us as well as different package deals. They had all paperwork ready and on hand. 100% satisfied with the service, the purchase and loving the car!!!! More
