I stopped in because I saw on Cars.com that the color Mazda my daughter liked was in inventory there. He was very knowledgable and was able to answerr every question I had. I also appreciated the way he talked to my daughter as I thought she felt very comfortable with his assistance in making this decision. I appreciated the way Ed talked to her during the test drive and made her feel comfortable while pointing out the features of the car. The price he gave me for the car made it an easy decision. I also appreciated the way the entire staff made us feel welcome. My wife and I were looking for a car and went to this dealer. They all were very nice and we found a car we liked and purchased it. We were not happy with the finance guy as he rushed us to sign paper wo dealer. They all were very nice and we found a car we liked and purchased it. We were not happy with the finance guy as he rushed us to sign paper work and did not even ask us if we had any questions. Keep in mind we have bought 2 vehicles from this dealer. My wife and I were going through rough times with work and the economy and we thought selling the car back to the dealer to try and cut our monthly bills down a little bit. Well Ed who was very nice when we were purchasing vehicles was not nice at all and in fact i felt i was treated very different when i went in to sell my car back to them. We bought our car with around 100 miles on it and spent $16,900.00 on a 2010 Hyundai Elantra. When we brought in in with only 4600 miles as we did not drive the vehicle that much and it was in mint condition still smells like a brand new car. Ed came back and offered me $12,500 when KBB was thousands higher and the worst thing was he had the exact same vehicles with over 25000 miles on them on his lot and he was asking $15,500 for those. Pretty much i felt like i was getting screwed and was not happy and left. I will say I will NEVER again buy a vehicle from that dealer and will tell anyone who ask me not to go there as well. Kinda sucks they are so nice to you when you buy a car when you try to come back they SCREW you. I would be careful when you buy here and always ask questions. More

Our experience was great. We came to the dealership knowing what we wanted and also knowing that we could go to other dealerships. However, there was no reason to go anywhere else. He then suggested that a Sonata may be a better alternative for me, which was absolutely the case. I ended up buying a 2012 Sonata and couldn't be happier about the purchase.
