Fast and friendly Overall, I had a good experience. It was an easy process switching out my previous leased car with a new one. I was confused by some of the misinformation on the vehicle equipment. Online reviews showed 2015 remodeled Hyundai Sonata Limited models with a sunroof and loaded with the 7 inch screen with iconnect system. Reviews contradicted specs on actual models. I was disappointed to learn that the 2015 Limited models did not come equipped with a sunroof, something I did not know until I sat in the car after signing all the paperwork. I do not think that is a huge deal, but I would have appreciated knowing everything upfront, instead of the day of my pick up. I also was not informed that my mileage restrictions had dropped until I went back to sign the lease papers. It would be more upfront and honest if sales people explained how they arrived at the negotiated prices. Something I will take into consideration before leasing my next vehicle. More
