I told him that I was on my way to another dealership for a vehicle they had advertised that met my needs. he asked me if he could have a chance to earn my business without any pressure to me or false promises. I liked that. He presented to me very quickly a offer on a vehicle similar to what i was looking for at a price I felt was very competitive. He made the whole process be timely and painless.
