Matt had worked closely with my brother-in-law and sister, and their extended family, for a number of years and they were always quick to praise both him, and the cars he sold them. I was very impressed with Matt, his knowledge of the vehicles and his willingness to spend the time and energy walking me through all the features and options of the vehicle and not trying to 'upsell' anything that I wasn't interested in. He gave me ample time to test drive the vehicle and there was no pressure to push the sale. Unfortunately, I did not get all the names of the people I met while at the dealership, but all were very pleasant and easy to talk to and deal with. More
