Worked with Dillon on purchasing a Palisade. He was knowledgeable on the SUV and it’s features, the competition, and worked with us while we completed our brand comparisons. When we decided on the Pali knowledgeable on the SUV and it’s features, the competition, and worked with us while we completed our brand comparisons. When we decided on the Palisade he helped find our color choice, work up a finance package and contacted our insurance company to assist in the transfer to the new car. The entire process was seamless. Finally, he took extra time at the end of the day to review all the car functions and make sure we were comfortable before leaving. We will definitely recommend him to anyone who asks about our experience. More

"Internet customers are not real buyers" - Bus. Dev. Manager I found a car online and wanted to ask a few questions and get a quote since I also have a trade in. The salesperson took my information around 12 noo I found a car online and wanted to ask a few questions and get a quote since I also have a trade in. The salesperson took my information around 12 noon and said he would get back to me with a quote shortly. The next day, I still had not received a response. I texted the salesperson, who replied, "its my day off." So then I called the dealership because I thought 48 hours was a bit long to have to wait for a quote. Ed Snyder (not sure of spelling) picked up and told me he's the Business Development Manager. As I tried to explain I thought having to wait so long for a simple price quote, he instead told me that internet customers are not real buyers so we don't work quotes like that. I explained that its not like I'm half way across the country. I'm 3 counties over in the same state, less than 100 miles away so I can make it from my door to the dealership in less than 2 hours. Apparently, this didn't matter to Mr. Snyder. He then told me that the car was sold the previous night anyway so continuing the conversation was a waste of time. Its 2 days later and the car is still listed for sale online on several sites, Funny thing though, the car is still showing available for sale on their website (and several others) 2 days later. Way to treat a customer who has money in hand ready to buy!!! More
