Watch Out for this place I recently leased a vehicle from them. I requested a Monroney Sticker so I would have all information and pricing about the vehicle. We came to a deal and a few days later while goin them. I requested a Monroney Sticker so I would have all information and pricing about the vehicle. We came to a deal and a few days later while going through my glove box I found the original Monroney Sticker and that's when I noticed the price was different from the one they sent me. I started to do some research and what I discovered was Hyundai raised the pricing on the Palisade, effective January 7, 2020. All MSRPs went up by $225 plus a $225 hike in destination charge and Hyper White now costs an extra $300. That's a total of $550 difference in the price between both stickers. The reason the monroney stickers do not match on my vehicle is because it was built before the price change in November 2019. Anything built after January would show the new price increase. Their Monroney is digital so they updated the price so they could charge the new pricing and they also hide the fact the vehicle came from another dealer. When I questioned them about it I was told the difference of $550 was the cost of the dealer trade. I have never heard of a dealer paying $550 for a dealer trade especially when that dealer is about 1 hour away. When they trade they buy the other vehicle from that dealer at invoice minus holdback. The other dealer will do the same with them and they only have to send one driver to get the vehicle and usually its the salesperson. Since this dealer had the vehicle it was either a lost sale or the more likely case is that the other dealer needed a vehicle from them and had brought it to them. That would mean it did not cost them any additional fees for the vehicle. My truck was a dealer trade and it was 3 hours away and the MSRP on the monroney label was the same as what the dealer had told me when the truck arrived. I have never had an issue like this with the sticker price before. To me this is wrong for them to supply the incorrect Monroney label and misrepresent the price just to make profit. When I questioned the dealer about this the salesperson said that's what I was told was the price difference and that the MSRP was irrelevant based on the deal we agreed to. They are unwilling to do the right thing and maintain their integrity. This is what gives dealers bad names and makes people hate shopping for cars. The issue is with the increase in MSRP that affects the lease payments. So because they chose to change the MSRP and make it more expensive the lease payment are about $10 -$20 a month more expensive than they should be. I should have walked away to another dealer when they quoted me the wrong money factors for the lease kept sending me the wrong vehicle information More
