Hi Zinika, our records indicate that we tried to reach back out to you in March regarding getting the paint taken care of as that is covered by General Motors. We did not hear back from you at that time and thought you had resolved it with a dealer closer to where you live as you didn't want to bring it back to us. I did return his phone call if you’ve looked at your records, also even after March. He did tell me to take it to a local dealership and when I got back in touch with him from getting that dealerships response, he told me he would reach out to my local dealership with a ticket from you guys for them to repair my car because my local dealership told me to reach back out to you guys because they could not take care of my vehicle, I’ve been trying to get a hold of Dan for three weeks now maybe even longer leaving voicemails and he will not return my call

I would also like new floor mats and give these back to a local dealership. I’m happy to send you pictures of them scuffed and scraped. It’s all over every single floor mat and my sales rep was aware of this the day of purchase of my new vehicle.

And as I told Dan, there is more than just paint defects wrong with my vehicle, there’s a small dent in the driver side door. I also noticed chips in my back glass windshield and some other things as well.
